The Careful Company understands that moving house can be stressful. This is why we put so much effort into ensuring your move goes as carefully and expertly as possible.
We place a very high emphasis on the quality of the service we provide to you. From the moment you first call our office, you will be pleased to know that your satisfaction is our main priority. Our office staff will be at hand to offer advice and give any information you require.
Our Customer Service Representative, who can visit you, will be able to smooth out any uncertainties and answer any questions you might have. We will then forward a detailed written quotation to you promptly. This service is free.
All of our work is carried out by a team of fully trained removalists. As an example of our attention to detail, moving items of clothing is made easier for you with our custom made hanging wardrobe boxes which we deliver to your house.
From beginning to end, the standard of work is monitored by our foreman, who will take charge and ensure timings of uplift and delivery are on schedule. A few days after your move, our Customer Care Officer will contact you to ensure that all your requirements have been met in full.
