  1. 24 hour customer advice and assistance
    Should you have questions, queries or require packing materials to finish last minute packing etc you can contact our Customer Care Manager between 9am and 5pm on 0800 316 0206.
  2. Our charges are fixed written quotations and not an estimate
    The price we give our clients' is fixed costing and customers won't get surprised on the moving day with hidden surcharges.
  3. Insurance cover
    Can be arranged for a premium. We offer a standard £50,000 insurance cover for goods in transit and storage; this can be increased if and when necessary
  4. Premises protection insurance for your move can be arranged for a premium
  5. No postponement charges
    Providing we are given 24 hours notice, if there is a problem with legal issues etc the last thing the clients' needs is postponement charges, we simply reschedule to suit the new moving date.
  6. Free packing materials
    Our quotations are inclusive of 20 boxes, tape and x1 bubblewrap.
  7. Free delivery of packing materials
    We can deliver packing materials direct to our clients' door locally in Glasgow.
  8. 7 days free storage protection on all moves
    In the event of legal problems on moving day or failure to gain access, the first 7 days storage will be free of charge.
  9. First weeks storage free of charge
    For customers requiring storage of 6 months or more we can offer the first days storage free of charge.
  10. Free uplift for long-term storage customers
    For storage customers' requiring 6 months storage or more, we can uplift for free.
